Spices are evaluated in seven main groups:

    
1. Benefited from the roots with: Black radish, red iron.
    
2. Benefit from the body with: Ginger, like cinnamon.
    
3. Leaves beneficiaries with: Mint, oregano, merzengüş, parsley and bay like.
    
4. Those onion structure: Kitchen onion, like garlic.
    
5. Flowers advantage of with: as Carnation.
    
6. Benefit from the fruits with: Cumin, star anise, black pepper, red pepper, like vanilla.
    
7. Benefit from the seeds with: mustard, such as nutmeg.
